Tegenungan Waterfall is faboulus place for nature lovers and conveniently located halfway between Ubud and Bali’s provincial capital of Denpasar. . Getting to the falls is a pleasant drive down paved village roads lined with stretches of green rice fields on both sides. The falls are only several minutes’ walk down the trail beyond the shops, where you’ll enjoy the impressively green valley panorama with cascading water as a centrepiece.
Right across Puri Saren (the Ubud Palace), there is a traditional market laden with hand-made local products. At the west side of the market are full of crafted souvenirs with relatively cheap price, while the east side comprises of groceries and household items. There are a lot of items that you can bring home, such as slippers, wooden statues, bags, clothes, paintings and other stuffs.
